Honestly, this calculator exists because we got tired of being burned on trades.
We kept finding ourselves mid-deal, someone throwing out a number for their crop, and us having absolutely no way to verify it on the spot. Discord helped sometimes, but the values there were always rough averages they never accounted for our exact weight, our specific mutations, or the friend boost we had running. We were losing value on trades we should have won, simply because we could not do the math fast enough.
So we stopped waiting for someone else to build the right tool and built it ourselves.

Who We Are
We are just players genuinely passionate ones, but players all the same.
We have been part of the Grow a Garden community long enough to remember when the game was a fraction of what it is today. We have watched it grow into one of Roblox’s biggest titles, traded through countless events, raised pets from age 1 all the way up, and made plenty of trading mistakes along the way. Those mistakes, honestly, are a big part of why this site exists.
We are not a company. There is no big team behind the scenes. It is just us people who love this game, got frustrated with the lack of reliable tools, and decided to do something about it.

How We Keep It Accurate
We will be straight with you keeping this data current is genuinely hard work.
Grow a Garden updates constantly. New plants, changed values, new mutations, surprise event drops sometimes multiple times in the same week. Every time that happens, we go back into the game, test what changed, verify it with the community, and update the site as fast as we possibly can. Usually within hours of a confirmed update.
We also want to be honest about one thing: in those first few hours after a big update, there can be a short window where our data has not fully caught up yet. For major trades involving brand new content, we would always recommend cross-checking with the official GAG Discord just to be safe — not because we doubt our data, but because the game sometimes moves faster than any third-party tool can keep up with in real time.
And if you ever spot something that looks off a wrong value, a missing mutation, anything please email us. We take every report seriously and fix genuine mistakes quickly. The community is honestly one of our best sources for keeping things accurate.
